The James Hotel x Sustainability

At The James Hotel, we are working towards becoming a sustainable hotel and working environment. 

That does not mean we do everything right, but we are increasingly aware of the steps we are taking and make every effort to find a more sustainable alternative in every consideration. That may be with products, suppliers and/or processes. 

Since 2022, The James has partnered with Hotel Neutral. Hotel Neutral is a collaboration between Green Leisure Group, Blue City, Rotterdam Partners and the Municipality of Rotterdam and sixteen participating Hotels in Rotterdam. Together, we are collectively taking steps towards a CO2 neutral and circular future. Steps that help save costs and ensure a cleaner Rotterdam through energy savings, less waste and food waste, more circular products, water savings and lower CO2 emissions.
