The James hotel is located in the heart of Rotterdam at an approximately 45-minute drive from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, from Rotterdam The Hague Airport you can reach us in 10 to 15 minutes, The Hague is a half hour drive and Amsterdam is an hour away. 

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Amsterdam Central Station are directly connected to Rotterdam Central Station. Our hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance from Rotterdam Central station, or take tram 8 to stop Lijnbaan.

Getting around

We are well connected by metro (lines A, B, C, D, E), bus (lines 891, 892, B11) and tram (lines 8,12,20,21,23,24,25) to give you easy access to any area of Rotterdam and beyond.

We offer 22 in-house parking spaces on arrival for our guests. Our state-of-the-art elevator parking system keeps your car safely stored for €20,- per night – size restrictions apply. Instead of having to find your car outside, our elevator system brings your car back to you. All you have to do is take a seat and relax while your car is returned for you to continue your journey. You can reserve your parking space up to your check-out time. You can reserve a parking space via info@thejames.nl. There is also ample parking space in the surrounding area.

Please note that a reservation for hotel parking is necessary and that the property does not have its own bicycle or motorbike storage. The storage of bicycles in the rooms is not allowed.
