Meeting rooms
A maximum of 12 people can fit in our meeting room. Here you can find a TV with HDMI connection, an Apple TV and a flip-chart. You can make unlimited use of coffee, tea and water.
Different meetings are also possible in our lounge. An additional drink, lunch or informal meeting are some of the possibilities. The rental of the lounge is possible for up to 70 people. Our lounge can be divided into different compartments so that these areas are also available for smaller groups.

Events
Something to celebrate? Our beautiful lounge area is available for you. The lounge can be divided into several compartments to create the space that you need. This is possible for up to 70 people. Ideal for a New Year's reception, informal business meeting, a private drink or even a baby shower. If you are curious about the possibilities please fill out our request form below. Group reservations
Associations, clubs and classes are always at the right place at The James Hotel. For groups from 8 rooms and more we can offer a special group rate so you can enjoy more favourable conditions. The James would like to take you and your group on an unforgettable journey in his city. For group reservations, we have various options, such as a group check-in, which makes your arrival just a little faster. We are happy to tailor a quotation for a group reservation, do you have specific preferences or ideas? Let us know, we like to think along.

Corporate reservations
If you are interested in a corporate deal with The James, this is a possibility at The James if you spend more than 100 nights a year with us. We can inform you about the possibilities.
